All purchases are shipped from Spain. Everything will be sent by regular mail unless you choose a shipping method with tracking number. Orders shipped with tracking number will be sent by courier.

Please note that once in the hands of the courier the store no longer has control over the package. Complaints should be made to the chosen delivery company.

Shipments are made a few days after receiving the payment, everything is managed manually by the artist, so times may vary. You will have them in your hands in 3 to 6 days (Spain), 5-8 days (Europe) and 7 to 15 days in other destinations. I am afraid I cannot confirm an arrival date for each package, as it depends on each country's postal service and customs.

IMPORTANT: Please note that all orders placed with destination United States take a few extra days to arrive, due to new aviation security measures recently imposed.

RETURNS
I hope it never happens, but if you change your mind and don't like your purchase, please notify me within 3 days of receiving the package, which must be in perfect condition.

You will be responsible for shipping costs, you will be reimbursed the full price minus the shipping cost.

DAMAGES AND LOSSES

Please note that the items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. In addition, we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
